What this site is

This is the public-facing atlas for a clean-room rewrite and verification program. The book is organized as 56 named research and recovery obligations in ten dependency-ordered parts. A chapter title states what the program must investigate; it does not announce that the named result has been obtained.

The current program state is research architecture. No root is frozen: P1-SI is proposed with SCAFFOLD-UNIQUENESS-001 blocking derived scaffold-exhaustion claims; P2-GNB is proposed with GNB-GEOMETRY-001 blocking unqualified global split and interface-metric claims; and P3-TT remains open and blocking at TT-GEN-001. Downstream certification is not authorized, and composite theory-of-everything closure is not established.

The active framework unit is BOOTSTRAP-B04. FC02-CP1 remains held until the standalone repository bootstrap is integrated, independently restartable, and cold-start read back. A bootstrap bank is infrastructure state, not scientific promotion.

Current infrastructure evidence

The last banked remote bootstrap run passed its plan/preflight, pinned Python 3.12.8, native Sage 10.8, Lean 4.31.0, and the 12-page LaTeX build. Its required Mathematica 15.0.0 layer stopped honestly at INFRA_BLOCKED because the repository secret was unavailable, so concordance and the required summary did not complete.

The owner has since reported the Wolfram secret configured, but the governed status remains CONFIGURED_BY_OWNER — NOT_YET_EXECUTED. Only the next exact branch run can establish activation and artifact production. None of this bootstrap evidence adjudicates a TV002 chapter claim.

Scaffold–Interface Principle

Proposed for freeze, not frozen. It types a four-dimensional physical ontology and an internal oriented interface I ≅ S²; it does not make the interface extra physical spacetime. SCAFFOLD-UNIQUENESS-001 remains blocking.

P2 · GNB
Geometric Null-Balance Principle

Proposed for freeze, not frozen. It defines an admissible free-reference kinematic class; it does not by itself provide interacting dynamics, mass, or a clock observable. GNB-GEOMETRY-001 remains blocking.

P3 · TT
Temporal Transduction Principle

Open and blocking at TT-GEN-001. The exact target-blind generator, state space, current, symmetries, units, boundary conditions, stability, and branch theorems still have to be supplied.

Four banked checkpoints

Every chapter moves through four distinct stops. A later stop cannot be silently inferred from an earlier one.

  1. Recovery freeze: source custody, provenance, exact question, and no inherited status.
  2. Exposition freeze: undergraduate-readable argument, typed definitions, explicit claims and non-consequences, figures, and limits.
  3. Verification freeze: claim-bound implementations, hostile mutations, exact evidence records, and concordance across applicable routes.
  4. Promotion review: independent council record, owner approval, protected workflow, and exact promoted commit.

PROMOTION-PATH-001 currently blocks the first real CP4 authorization. The required protected two-phase path must bind completed exact-candidate CI, independent council review, authenticated owner approval, and the exact promoted commit.

What machine evidence means

Lean, Python, native SageMath, and Mathematica have complementary roles. Applicability is decided per claim, shared lineage is declared, and “not applicable” needs a substantive reason. The site keeps four axes separate: whether an implementation executed, whether it tested the frozen proposition, what happened to the claim, and what scientific support follows.

A successful run can produce a faithful refutation and adverse scientific evidence. That is a successful verification process. Council review cannot recolor an adverse original or turn a weaker repair into the same claim.

No backward inheritance

The historical 172-chapter manuscript, legacy machine runs, theorem names, and repeated numerical values are recovery evidence only. Nothing downstream becomes supported merely because it appeared in the old book or once ran green. Recovered material must be source-bound, rederived under TV002, mapped to a new claim, and pass the current gates.

Access and the password

The site is invitation-gated while publication work is in progress. The browser shell starts locked and uses the unchanged password from the original preview, but client-side code alone cannot make delivered files confidential. The hosted review must also protect the entire website directory at the server before any HTML, JSON, image, or script is returned.

Frequently asked

Why are many chapters blocked?
Because later chapters depend on foundational or cross-sector bridge theorems that are not yet established. The atlas shows those blocks instead of pretending all chapters can advance independently.
Does “source present” mean a chapter is finished?
No. It records that a working manuscript file exists. Workflow state, evidence, council decision, owner approval, and promotion remain separate.
Do four tools prove the theory?
No. They can test a frozen proposition through complementary implementations. Premise authority, proposition fidelity, mathematical validity, physical coherence, empirical meaning, and promotion still have separate gates.
What would falsify the framework?
Examples include failure of the exact transduction generator, violation of causality or stability, inability to recover established physics in the declared domains, hidden fitting, or complete equivalence to an existing theory with no new invariant constraint or prediction.
