Why do observers inhabit a four-dimensional spacetime yet encounter operational clocks, mass, and three-dimensional access in the forms that they do? TV002 asks whether one tightly typed interface structure could connect those facts without hiding the desired physics in its premises.

An internal oriented S² interface and a null-balance lift may provide the scaffold for a future covariant transduction generator. That generator and its branches do not yet exist as established theory.

01 · The constitution
TV002 separates ontology, free-reference kinematics, and the still-open dynamical generator. Selecting a root shows both what it proposes and what it does not establish. No root is frozen: P1-SI is held at SCAFFOLD-UNIQUENESS-001, P2-GNB at GNB-GEOMETRY-001, and P3-TT at TT-GEN-001.
The complete AROUND / THROUGH / IS grammar remains an open target under TT-GEN-001 and BRANCH-001. These labels are not current definitions or usable premises. Invariance, completeness, uniqueness, stability, and the branch maps themselves are theorem obligations.

Applicability is decided claim by claim. Agreement can corroborate a result, but execution never substitutes for scientific authority.

The project’s credibility depends on preserving adverse results, blocking circular repairs, and naming the conditions that would falsify the roots.
SCAFFOLD-UNIQUENESS-001 blocks derived scaffold-exhaustion claims; GNB-GEOMETRY-001 blocks unqualified global split and interface-metric claims; TT-GEN-001 blocks the exact transduction generator and its branch theorems.
The standalone repository bootstrap must be integrated, independently restartable, and cold-start read back before FC02-CP1 begins. Banking bootstrap infrastructure is not a postulate freeze, scientific result, or chapter promotion.
